How Do I Know If My Order Has Shipped?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times may be extended during holidays, product launches, restocks, or promotional events. Current processing estimates are displayed in your order confirmation email.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, shipment details, and a link to track your package.

Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.

Estimated Delivery Times

United States orders typically arrive within 7 business days after shipment.

International orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days after shipment.

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We currently do not offer expedited or overnight shipping.

All orders are shipped via USPS or another carrier selected by KA'OIR FITNESS.

Important Shipping Information

KA'OIR FITNESS is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including customs inspections or delays, severe weather or natural disasters, carrier service interruptions, transportation strikes, international customs processing, or delays caused by local postal services.

If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting CustomerService@Kaoir.com.

To avoid shipping delays, please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout, your shipping address is complete and accurate, and any apartment, suite, unit, or floor numbers are included where applicable.


Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes. We proudly ship to many countries worldwide.

International and military shipments may take 20 business days or longer depending on customs processing and local postal services.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, tariffs, brokerage fees, and other government-imposed charges. These fees are not included in your purchase price and cannot be reimbursed by KA'OIR FITNESS.

Some countries do not provide tracking updates once a package enters the destination country. If your package has not arrived after 20 business days, please contact your local postal service, GlobalPost, or customs office before contacting us.


Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

We will make every reasonable effort to modify or cancel an order if contacted on the same day the order is placed.

Because orders are often processed quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been submitted.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, the shipping address cannot be changed, and refunds cannot be issued.

If a cancellation is approved before shipment, please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed.

For PayPal orders, we can only ship to the address provided and verified through PayPal checkout.

If you entered incorrect information, contact CustomerService@Kaoir.com immediately.


What Happens If My Package Is Returned or Undeliverable?

If a package is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, unclaimed, or undeliverable address, please contact CustomerService@Kaoir.com.

Once the package is returned to our facility, we will contact you to verify your shipping address. A re-shipping fee may apply. The package must be received back before any replacement shipment can be sent. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing checkout.


What If My Package Is Lost, Stolen, or Marked as Delivered?

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, verify the shipping address provided at checkout, check with household members, neighbors, leasing offices, or mailrooms, contact or visit your local post office directly, and allow 24–48 hours, as carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered before final delivery.

KA'OIR FITNESS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.


Are Your Products Safe to Use During Pregnancy or Breastfeeding?

If you are pregnant, nursing, attempting to become pregnant, have a medical condition, or are taking prescription medications, we do not recommend using our detox pills, slimming teas, or anti-inflammation teas.

Please consult your physician before using any KA'OIR FITNESS product, including waist trainers, creams, teas, supplements, detox products, or fitness programs.

KA'OIR FITNESS does not provide medical advice.


What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We currently accept major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal.

All transactions are processed securely in U.S. Dollars (USD).

To avoid authorization issues, please ensure your billing information matches the information on file with your payment provider.

We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD), personal checks, money orders, Zelle transfers, or wire transfers.


What Is Your Return Policy?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the nature of our fitness, wellness, and personal-use products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, refund requests, or store credits.

This policy applies to all KA'OIR FITNESS products, including Waist Erasers, Thigh Erasers, Arm Erasers, Body Sweat Products, Body Burner Slimming Cream, Slimming Teas, Detox Products, Meal Plans, Waist Shapers, Apparel, and Accessories.

Please review all product descriptions, sizing information, disclosures, and FAQs before placing your order.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender.


What If My Order Is Incorrect, Damaged, or Missing an Item?

If you believe an item is incorrect, damaged, or missing, please contact CustomerService@Kaoir.com within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.

You may be asked to provide your order number, photos of the shipping package, photos of the items received, and photos of any damage.

After review, we will determine whether a replacement or correction is appropriate.

For health and sanitary reasons, products that have been opened, worn, used, or removed from original packaging may not qualify for replacement, return, or refund.

Items shipped through freight-forwarding or mail-forwarding services are not eligible for replacement, refund, or exchange.


Is My Information Secure?

Yes.

KA'OIR FITNESS uses industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology to help protect your personal and payment information during checkout.

While no online system can guarantee absolute security, we implement commercially reasonable safeguards to protect customer information.

Do You Offer Promotional Codes?

From time to time, KA'OIR FITNESS may offer promotional or discount codes.

Only one promotional code may be used per order. Promotional codes cannot be applied retroactively. Price adjustments will not be made after purchase. Codes must be entered during checkout.

How Do I Care for My Products?

Waist Eraser®, Thigh Eraser®, Top Sweat®, and Body Sweat®

Machine wash on a gentle cycle or hand wash. Do not bleach. Do not iron. Do not place in the dryer. Lay flat to air dry.

To extend the life of the Velcro closures, remove lint and debris regularly, avoid pulling aggressively when removing the garment, and alternate strap placement to reduce wear.

Normal wear and tear is not covered by warranty.

KA'OIR FITNESS does not offer repair or replacement services for products damaged through normal use.


How Do I Choose the Correct Size?

Please review the sizing chart provided on each product page before placing your order.

If you are between sizes, we recommend reviewing the product description carefully or contacting Customer Service prior to purchase.

Because all sales are final, we cannot exchange products due to incorrect sizing selections made at checkout.


Fraud Prevention

For your protection, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order that appears suspicious, fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of our policies.

We may contact you to verify billing, shipping, or payment information before processing your order.

Any canceled order will be refunded to the original payment method.
